I've used them for years and couldn't be happier. I've never had uptime or availability problems. When I have had problems, stemming from my own actions & inactions, as well as one of my sites being hacked a few times, they've been prompt, friendly and exact with fast support. I've used other hosts (because of others doing the set up) and then wound up eventually migrating everything to them. They're great.
