I'm a semi-experienced site builder and have used multiple hosting services. As a Canadian it can be hard to find local, high quality service to go along with fast, reliable hosting. Lots of it is outsourced to other countries and communication can be... difficult. HostUpon does not outsource their support, so when I lost complete access to my site, James was able to help me within 5 minutes. Check these guys out if you need a solid website experience, definitely one of the best.
