This course is huge step forward to understand people behaviour and relationships.I participated in the course for professional reasons but shortly I have discovered how meaningful impact it brought for my personal live. You change perception what bound relations between people, brands and institutions. Brian is awesome, deadly smart and funny. It was truly delightful process of self development.

I thoroughly enjoyed both the DBC and EDP courses. The course materials and information are clearly laid out and explained, and through work my team and I recently had a discussion with a behavior design psychologist and more than half of what he discussed with my team I already knew! Will definitely be able to take what I learned and use it in practice.

Brian Cugelman provided one-on-one consulting to help us launch a new niche accounting firm for medical doctors in Toronto. His extensive knowledge of psychology helped us quickly spot key business and web design issues to draw in new clients. His support covered several critical areas including persuasive and relevant brand and design concepts. He also advised on the implementation of social media, online marketing, and website design tools. We are now in our third year with a lot of success to date, as a result of his support and advice!!!

One of the best, if not the best set of courses on digital behavior change and emotional design. Refreshingly, it is not prescriptive but allowed me to design/adapt my own model(s) of change depending on the situation, picking and choosing from the broadest menu of principles and models. The emotional mapping and design in the Emotional Design Psychology [EDP] course is unique and undoubtedly the best guide/model out there. Most Value for Money of any course I have ever taken.

Great online course with live lessons. I had to create hands-on project to applied the psychology principles. It really helped to to understand the why behind each featured seen on digital screens. I'll recommend anyone who wants to understand the user in a deeper level.
